Provides AI-assisted data extraction from all types of documents. Extracted content is linked back to its source location within the document and delivered as structured metadata to the relevant cases.
Case Service:
Handles the full lifecycle management of KYC/KYB cases within the Sinpex platform. This includes case creation, deletion, metadata changes, and status transitions.
Compliance Risk Service:
Evaluates and continuously recomputes the compliance risk rating for each case based on a configurable risk model. This includes processing risk factors, risk mappings, AML screening results, and external data inputs to maintain an up-to-date risk assessment throughout the KYC/KYB process.
Customer Outreach Service:
Manages structured outreach workflows between compliance operators and their customers. This includes requesting missing documents, UBO declarations, and company detail confirmations via configurable email templates and digital forms, with full lifecycle tracking from creation through to acknowledgement.
Evidence Service:
Retrieves and manages external documents and registry data from third-party sources such as company registers and data providers. Retrieved documents are stored as evidence and made available for review within the case.
